Leadership accountability

Accountability is a key requirement for all leaders in a high performing organisation. In the ideal world, leadership accountability is an inherent aspect of the culture of an organisation and therefore the action itself is self-sustaining in that leaders self-account for their leadership. In some organisations however, self-leadership accountability can be sporadic at best and therefore, systems should be implemented to enact this important action.
